Vice President Community Affairs and Chief Customer Officer
Latisha Hill serves as Vice President of Community Affairs and Chief Customer Officer. In a changing energy landscape, she helps align customer experience, affordability, community partnerships, public affairs, and communications with Avista’s strategy to build trust and deliver long-term value for customers and communities.
Over nearly two decades with Avista, Latisha has held leadership roles spanning human resources and analytics, business development, policy and stakeholder engagement, and strategic infrastructure investment. She also serves as Senior Vice President of Avista Development, where she advances economic impact initiatives and public-private partnerships that support regional vitality and Avista’s long-term strategic priorities.
A Spokane native, Latisha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Eastern Washington University. She is an accredited facilitator and has completed executive education through the Willamette Executive Utility Management Program and Wharton Business School.
Latisha has a strong record of community leadership, with service and advisory experience across regional health, education, economic development, transportation, tourism, and philanthropic organizations. She has also twice been recognized by Catalyst Magazine as one of Spokane’s “Top 20 under 40” business leaders.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
